Healing Studio recognises that life can be challenging, and together we can help you find the tools to come back into your body, connect or reconnect, and navigate the hard stuff. Our sessions are confidential and informed by best practice, where we invite you to be your authentic self. Everyone has the right to feel safe, heard, and respected and the time we spend together will be focused on you. We believe therapy should be client-centred, trauma-informed, culturally safe, and inclusive. Sessions with us will not be about ‘fixing’ or ‘curing you’, you are not abnormal or broken. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based psychological approach that is effective in supporting individuals to process distressing memories and alleviate symptoms associated with trauma, anxiety and other emotional difficulties. EMDR is the main therapeutic intervention for PTSD.
