Weekly Zoom Group Sessions
Connect with Others:
Join our private and encouraging four weekly Zoom group sessions where you can share your experiences, listen to others, and gain insights from people who truly understand what you're going through.
Professional Guidance:
Each session is facilitated by our experienced practitioners, Jess and Jack, who will guide discussions, provide valuable information, and offer coping strategies to help you on your journey. We'll cover all you need to know about vaginismus, relationships and intimacy, with lots of practical tools and a somatic, embodiment focus each week to deepen your connection with your body. It will be an encouring, judgement free and confidential community. We look forward to meeting you all.

Our Facilitators
Jess and Jack form an exceptional team to support you through vaginismus with their unique and complementary expertise,
extensive medical knowledge, specialised training in vaginismus and lived experience of painful sex.
They provide a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, offering a safe space for discussing sexual and intimacy concerns.
They both understand how challenging vaginismus can be, and what it takes to reclaim your birthright to pleasure and sexual empowerment, and look forward to working with you.
Jack is a Sex and Relationship Counsellor who has trained by Dr Martha Lee, a leading vaginismus specialist.
Jess is a Sex Therapist and medical doctor specialising in sexual health and well-being.

Cost is $399 for the one month support group, inclusive of a 2 x 30 min 1-on-1 appointments with Jess or Jack.
Payment plans available and limited sliding scale priced spots, please contact us if required.
This is a course for people with vaginismus, whether diagnosed or self-diagnosed. These therapeutic groups are for support and education, not medical advice.
Consult with your general practitioner (GP) regarding all health matters. If you don't have a GP, we can provide referrals to GPs and pelvic floor physiotherapists for medical assessments or check ups.
Space is limited, enrol as soon as possible to reserve a place. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions before you book.
